The New Testament Church Apostolic Faith Inc.established in 1973 on the south side of Columbus Ohio. One of the founders and Pastor was Bishop Robert C. Bohn. Bishop Bohn's desire was to establish a church to carry on the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.Since his passing in 1987 there have been predessesors to carry on the gospel. The Pastorship was first passed to Bishop Bohn's assistant pastor Dayl F. Rowland. Bishop Rowlands life adorned the gospel till his death in 1997, however; due to illness, he passed pastorship on to his assistant Bishop Dale W. Neeley. The New Testament church continued to stand on the doctrine in Columbus untill 1995. In 1995 the New Testament Church had to relocate due to the expansion of a neighboring business. A location became available in Newark Ohio. Every member at that time either relocated or was able to continue their membership from their present location. The church moved more than forty miles without losing one single member. The Lord did bless! Bishop Neeley has since passed in 2006. Pastorship has now been filled by Elder Rick L. Sparrow. Each of these men where well established in the assembly for many years before the Lord set them in to preach his word and lead his people. We are proud that each of these men stood/stand on the word of God. One message that has carried through the years by each of these men is that we are all men. We are all capable of making mistakes. Look to the Lord for your salvation. He will never fail you. Jesus is our advocate. If we come to him with: A true heart doing his will keeping his commandments and resisting temptation If we will be his people, he will be our God!
